NB - The surface has cost in excess of £100,000 and we need to look after them to maintain good riding conditions.
You must ensure that one person is in charge of constant poo-picking in each arena and that the lorry park is left clean.
Booking Procedure - We require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the booking, the remainder to be paid at the start of the hire day.
Additional Refundable Deposit - A fee of £200 is also required at the start
which will be refunded provided the arenas and lorry park are left in good and clean condition.
